subjectPublicKeyInfoFingerprint

Compute the SHA-256 fingerprint of a certificate's complete DER SubjectPublicKeyInfo. Unlike certificateFingerprint, this identifies the public key rather than the certificate. Cross-signed certificates carrying the same SPKI therefore have the same fingerprint.

The SPKI is read from the reparsed certificate DER. No cryptographic key import is performed, so this works for algorithms micro509 cannot use with WebCrypto.
