parseCompactJws

Parses a compact JWS without checking its signature.

Refuses tokens that are oversized, do not have exactly three segments, carry non-canonical base64url, invalid UTF-8, a header that is not a duplicate-free JSON object with a string alg, a crit list, or an unencoded payload (b64: false). The result is UnverifiedJws; pass the token to verifyCompactJws before trusting any of it.
